Serve with Us at the Shelter KC Women’s Center. Join us as we spend meaningful time with a group of women courageously working to rebuild their lives. We’ll be serving lunch, enjoying games with prizes, and sharing a brief time of devotion together. The Women’s Center supports women experiencing homelessness, many of whom have faced substance abuse and mental health challenges. Most have endured significant trauma, often beginning in childhood and continuing into adulthood—frequently leading to addiction as a way to cope with deep pain. Your presence can offer encouragement, dignity, and a reminder that they are not alone on their journey toward healing and hope.
