Most refugee camps across Africa are filled beyond capacity which leads to food shortages. In these camps, malnutrition is a challenge – especially for the youngest inhabitants and pregnant and lactating women. Malnutrition in children under age 5 leads to stunted growth, impaired cognitive development, weakened immune systems with increased risk of infections or even death. This affects children long-term with impaired learning ability which keeps them from reaching their full potential in adulthood. Food and nutrition are key and that is why Resurrection is supporting food supplements, growing gardens, and education in refugee camps. If you’d like to help, all donations make an impact!
For just $39 per month ($468 a year), you can help provide food and education for those living in refugee camps.
Any amount has impact! If it's $5 or $5,000, consider a one-time gift.
