We are excited you will be serving in worship as part of your Confirmation experience.
All students should be dressed in "business casual" attire or as they might dress for a job interview or school presentation. Please no flip-flops, short skirts/shorts, ball caps, gym wear or t-shirts with logos, etc.
Any date/service on this registration form it is subject to time change or cancellation. If your student is signed up to serve at a service that ends up changing times or is cancelled, a staff member will reach out to notify you of the changes and to help you reschedule, if needed.
